FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR SERVICE APPOINTMENTS

Q: What is the average wait time to get service work done?

The average wait time for service appointments is 1 to 3 weeks. Once your RV has been dropped off for service, most repairs are completed within 3 to 5 business days. 

Q: Can I drop off my RV before the scheduled service date?

Yes – all service customers are encouraged to drop off up to 3 days before their scheduled service appointment. If you choose to drop off early, we kindly ask that you drop off during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM).

Customers dropping off on the day of their scheduled appointment are required to drop off between 8 AM and 9 AM. Failure to drop off in a timely manner may result in delayed service or needing to be rescheduled.

Q: Can I add new items to my work order after scheduling service?

Yes, you can add additional items once you’ve scheduled service. If you have 1 to 2 items to add, you may add them with your service writer at drop-off. If you’d like to add more than 2 items, please call ahead to ensure timely service.

Q: How soon must I pick up my RV once work has been completed?

We ask that all service customers pick up their RV within 3 business days of notification of repairs being completed. If you are unable to do so, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be applied to your final invoice.
