Important Drop Off & Pick Up Information

  • If you DO want to drop off early: All service customers are encouraged to drop off up to 3 days before your scheduled service appointment. If you choose to drop off early, we kindly as you drop off  during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM).
  • If you DO NOT want to drop off early: Customers dropping off on the day of their scheduled appointment are required to drop off between 8 AM and 9 AM. Failure to drop off in a timely manner may result in delayed service or needing to be rescheduled.
  • Once repairs have been completed: You will receive a call from our Service Department to notify you. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a message. We ask that all service customers pick up their RV within 3 business days of notification of repairs being completed. If you are unable to do so, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be applied to your final invoice.
