Choose between our Complete Inspection or Pre-Travel Inspection. Either inspection provides our customers with a clear and thorough review of the house appliances and accessories. Everything from awnings, refrigerators, generators, and even light bulbs are checked when inspecting.

95-Point Complete Inspection

Our 95-Point Complete Inspection is an in-depth review of all appliances and accessories including refrigerator, roof or basement A/C, furnace, water heater, freshwater pump, holding tanks, oven, range, microwave, house batteries, all electrical, generator, safety equipment, ceiling vents, LP inspection, main awning, slide toppers, roof, entertainment system, and backup camera.

This inspection is especially useful when buying or selling an RV or trailer. By having an inspection performed, it can uncover many technical and mechanical issues that you may not be able to see from the surface. This can offer you peace of mind when purchasing an RV or trailer.

Battery Operation:
Load/ Impedance, Check Water Level: (Fill if necessary)

Refrigerator Operation:
110V Operation, 12V Operation, LP Operation, Check if service is needed

Furnace Operation:
Check T-stat, Check Electronic, Check Combustion,Check if service is needed

Roof A/C Operation:
Check operation, Split Temperature, Check if service is needed

Water Heater:
Check T&P Valve, LP Operation, 110 Operation, Check if service is needed

Safety Equipment:
LP Detector, C/O Detector, Smoke Detector

Oven/ Cooktop/ Microwave Operation:
Check Pilot, Check Burner, Check Heat of Microwave

Roof Inspection:
Check Vents/ A/C Shroud(s)/ Antenna(s), Check Roof Condition, Check Lap Sealant, Check if service is needed

Fresh Water Pump:
Check prime, flow, pressure, noise, vibration and leaks.

Holding Thanks:
Check fresh water, grey and black tanks.

Electrical Operation:
Interior Lighting, 110V transfer switch, receptacle, shore power cord, converter, inverter.

Jack Operation:
Hydraulic jacks or electric jacks: Check operation

Generator Operation:
Test hertz and volts with and without load, check if service is needed.

Ceiling Vent Operation:
Check lid, fan, operation, seal, screen, cover.

Propane Inspection:
Inspect LP pressure, LP leak down test, LP tank cover.

Main Patio Awnings:
Check hardware, material, LED light.

Slide Topper Awning:
Check hardware, material.

Slide Operation:
Check operation, alignment, check if service is needed.

TV Operation:
Check front and rear TVs, entertainment system, DVD player, selector switch, satellite system.

Pre-Travel Inspection

Our Pre-Travel Inspection will go over the most commonly used items in your RV to prepare you for your next RV vacation. Items such as inflating the tires, checking battery operation and checking the operation of all major appliances will be performed. After the inspection, you will be able to hit the road with full confidence that everything is in tip-top shape!
